Osseointegration of implants in a molar zone with the use of bone grafting and membrane
Introduction: The patient is 43 years old, came to the clinic with complaints about the absence of chewing teeth on the right and the left sides of the lower jaw. During the examination, visual and radiological, there was an absence of teeth 36 and 46, an inflammatory process at the medial root and in the area of the 47 tooth bifurcation.

The following treatment was suggested:
1. Implantation and subsequent prosthetics of the tooth #46.
2. Implantation and subsequent prosthetics of the tooth #36.
3. Removal and immediate implantation of tooth #37.
4. Osseointegration in the region of the 37th tooth with the help of artificial bone and membrane.
The treatment was made while implants and surgical materials of the  “DSI Dental Solutions Israel” company were used.

Пациент 43 лет, обратился в клинику с жалобами на отсутствие жевательных зубов справа и слева на нижней челюсти. Во время обследования визуального и рентгенологического, было обнаружено отсутствие 36 и 46 зуба, воспалительный процесс на медиальном корне и в области бифуркации 47 зуба. Было предложено следующее лечение:

    Имплантация и последующее протезирование 46 зуба.
    Имплантация и последующее протезирование 36 зуба.
    Удаление и немедленная имплантация 37 зуба.
    Остеоинтеграция в районе 37 зуба при помощи искусственной кости и мембраны.

При выполнении всех работ использовались импланты и материалы компании “DSI Ltd”. Также использовался референсный имплант фирмы "Alpha-Bio Ltd"
