Full-arch rehabilitation of endentulous patient with low alveolar ridge volume

Full-arch Implant Rehabilitation with use of Nano-hydroxyapatite and Platelet-Rich Fibrin
Introduction: The alveolar bone volume of the edentulous patient decreases due to the absence of stimulation caused by the dental organs.
The continuous bone compression forces are needed to be applied to keep the healthy bone volume and shape.

Clinical presentation: This case shows the treatment of an edentulous pacient in both jaws with a small bone ridge, producing
inability to eat, talk, and poor stability of lower dentures.

Discussion: The choice of this treatment was the result of the lack of stability that has a lower total prosthesis when a small bone ridge and the patient need to have a fixed prosthesis in the mouth.
